We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, driving results, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure project delivery meets stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress, using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
