The Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Region) is a dynamic and strategic role responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Eastern Region. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in channel sales and management.

• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement actionable sales plans to achieve 100% of regional sales targets, focusing on overall revenue and strategic product goals. Lead channel partners to drive sales success.
• Channel Partner Management & Development: Identify, develop, and manage channel partners across the Eastern Region. Optimize customer structure and expand brand market share in T2 and T3 cities. Foster strong client relationships and establish local service provider networks.
• Channel Empowerment & Sell-Out Support: Enhance partners' sell-out capabilities through regular PSI analysis, product training, showroom sales training, and marketing support.
• Channel Market Order Management: Enforce channel pricing policies, resolve conflicts effectively, and maintain a healthy, sustainable channel ecosystem.
• Channel Branding & MKT Development: Maximize brand visibility by guiding partners to optimize in-store displays and promotional setups.
• Market Insights & Investigation: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Deliver regular market analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the CCTV/Security or IT distribution business, with proven experience in channel reseller or key account management. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and business negotiation skills. This role demands high levels of goal orientation and a willingness to travel frequently across the Eastern Region.
