Business Unit Lead Controller

Siemens Energy, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Unit Lead Controller for our Dammam, KSA location.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our business unit, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to drive operational excellence and achieve financial targets.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business unit's objectives.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Forecast and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial guidance and ensure the business unit's financial health.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in a similar role. A CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
