Chief Accountant - Child Fertility Clinic, Riyadh

The Child Fertility Clinic, a leading healthcare provider in Riyadh, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all accounting functions and ensure the financial health of the organization. This role is responsible for managing the accounting department, implementing financial strategies, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring high standards of work and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure the security and integrity of financial data.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, able to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required.
