The Luxury Closet, a pioneering luxury retailer born in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and driven Luxury Store Manager to lead our operations in Riyadh. We are redefining the world of luxury and aim to offer the greatest selection of luxury products and services with an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenues. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure the successful execution of your assigned targets.

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the new country, engaging with potential clients via various channels.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering compelling presentations and negotiating contracts.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with local influencers and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and gather client feedback to communicate market insights to headquarters.
• Manage personal shopping and VIP concierge services, and collaborate with teams to cross-sell services and support large transactions.
• Create a high standard of customer experience at the boutique, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional personal appearance and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work proactively with a hands-on approach.
• Working hours: 6 days a week on a roster, able to join immediately.
• Store location: Panorama Mall, Riyadh.
