QHSE Engineer

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QHSE Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the QHSE Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and controlling our Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001:2015, and our Health, Safety, and Environment Management System compliant with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Handle customer complaints, update customer satisfaction surveys, and manage QMS documents.
• Assist in yearly internal audits, analyze results, and close observations and non-conformities (NCRs).
• Maintain internal NCRs, set correction and corrective actions, and arrange external QMS evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze internal audits, implement corrective actions, and review customer satisfaction surveys.
• Act as an administrator for QHSE document control and ensure accessibility to all employees.

Experience: 5-7 years

Education and Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, fluent English, excellent report writing skills, qualified in QMS implementation, and QA practices.
