Senior Supervisor Engineer - Kaynuna Beach Escape, Yanbu

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Supervisor Engineer to lead our engineering team at the vibrant Kaynuna Beach Escape in Yanbu.

• Oversee daily engineering operations, ensuring exceptional standards across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Lead and support the engineering team in promptly addressing maintenance requests and technical issues.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and manage engineering tools, equipment, and supplies inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all hotel areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and minimal guest disruption.
• Track, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance issues for timely resolution.
• Support infrastructure improvements, repairs, and ongoing projects.
• Handle guest interactions professionally regarding maintenance-related concerns.
• Assist in managing departmental resources, including cost control, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Train, mentor, and develop engineering team members to enhance performance and technical skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in engineering or maintenance within hospitality, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and engineering tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic being an asset.
