In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the coffee shop sector, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives, with a focus on the coffee shop industry. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
• Brand Development & Positioning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Craft compelling brand messaging and positioning strategies that highlight the unique value proposition of our coffee shop offerings.
• Digital Marketing Execution: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and engagement metrics.
• Customer Engagement & Retention: Design and implement loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and customer retention strategies to foster long-term relationships. Leverage data analytics to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and local businesses to expand reach and enhance brand visibility. Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the coffee shop, hospitality, or F&B industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
• Analytical & Creative Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
