Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with best practices in usability, accessibility, and visual design.
• Cross-Platform Development: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, while also building native or cross-platform mobile applications with technologies like React Native, Flutter, or Swift.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, iterating on designs to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, including load times, responsiveness, and overall efficiency, to deliver a smooth and engaging user experience across devices and platforms.
• Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to industry standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and security of applications.
• Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and web/mobile development, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance product offerings and user experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
  • Experience with mobile app development using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) and RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
