We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Cashier to manage cash transactions with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of payment methods, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

• Handle customer payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions
• Reconcile cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
• Deposit cash collections according to company procedures
• Prepare and submit daily cash reports to the Finance Department
• Manage refunds, exchanges, and payment discrepancies
• Maintain a secure and organized cash counter
• Assist customers with payment-related inquiries
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams regarding daily collections
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls

Qualified candidates should possess a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Cashier. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications, along with strong numerical and cash-handling skills, are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, are highly desired.

Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, familiarity with ERP systems, and basic English communication skills (with Arabic being an advantage) are preferred.
