Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind our creative vision and content strategy, overseeing the entire creative process from conception to execution. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will not only shape the direction of our brand but also build and lead a creative team from the ground up. Your role will take you to our cutting-edge factory in Dammam, where you will immerse yourself in the creative process, treating the production floor as your creative playground. From interacting with printers and materials to witnessing products come to life, you will embody the essence of our mission: turning any design into a tangible product on demand. Your goal is to translate this innovative concept into compelling content that captivates audiences and stops them from scrolling.

In this role, you will:

• Own the creative direction, brand voice, and content roadmap across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values.
• Develop a content thesis that brings our "on-demand product creation" model to life, fostering a steady pipeline of engaging ideas.
• Build and lead a high-performing creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while remaining deeply involved in the creative process.
• Set and uphold the highest quality standards, from briefing creators and editors to analyzing performance metrics and refining strategies.
• Drive innovation by integrating new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and creative output.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record of building and scaling a social or content presence, preferably from an early-stage venture. Your strength lies in storytelling and strategic thinking, where you excel at crafting series and hooks that resonate with audiences rather than producing one-off posts. A deep understanding of platform-native content, particularly short-form video, is essential, as is a hands-on approach to creativity rather than a purely directive one. You thrive in the physical and tangible aspects of the creative process, energized by the opportunity to shape products from concept to reality.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, the creator economy, or merchandise, along with the ability to brief production teams effectively. On-camera comfort and familiarity with AI-driven creation tools are valuable assets that will further enhance your ability to innovate and lead.
