Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology vision and IT strategy that aligns with the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, technology product development, and innovation across all operations and services to drive efficiency and growth.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT infrastructure, systems performance, and the continuous improvement of technology platforms to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide technical, engineering, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Technology Adoption: Identify and integrate new technologies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve business competitiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to understand business needs and deliver integrated technology solutions that support organizational goals.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure robust information security, data protection, and compliance with local and international standards to safeguard the organization’s assets and reputation.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual technology budget, ensuring effective cost control, resource optimization, and alignment with business priorities.
• Vendor Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and innovation partners to drive value and support business objectives.
• Executive Representation: Represent the technology function in senior management and executive-level meetings, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or similar) is highly advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in IT management, technology leadership, digital transformation, or related technology roles.
• Proven track record in leading IT teams, technical teams, software development teams, or digital product teams.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure management, systems operations, digital platforms, and technology-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience in information security, data protection, compliance, and vendor management.
• Prior experience in the fintech, digital platforms, or financial services sector is essential.
