Senior Project Manager – Business Applications (CRM/ERP)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the strategic delivery of enterprise-level CRM and ERP projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of eight years of hands-on project management experience, with a strong focus on business applications, particularly CRM and ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a significant advantage, and candidates with a track record of driving complex, high-impact projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of CRM and ERP implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring they meet business needs, technical specifications, and organizational goals.
• Scope and Planning: Define and document project scope, develop realistic timelines, allocate budgets, and create resource plans to ensure efficient project execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Monitoring and Risk Management: Continuously track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and governance records, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Communication and Coordination: Organize and facilitate project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure clear, consistent communication across all project teams.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold project governance standards, adhere to quality best practices, and ensure all deliverables meet the required benchmarks for success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of eight years in project management, with a proven track record in delivering business applications projects, particularly CRM and ERP solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred, though expertise in other CRM/ERP platforms will also be considered.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Strong documentation capabilities, exceptional organizational acumen, and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is a plus, as it will enhance collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certifications are advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
