As the Team Lead Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of piping engineers, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Managing project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, civil, and process engineers, to ensure integrated and efficient solutions.
• Providing technical expertise in piping system design, codes, and standards.
• Representing the team in client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong business relationships.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in piping engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in piping system design, codes, and standards, with a solid understanding of relevant software tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
