As an Application Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with our product portfolio and industry trends.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential for this role.
