Siemens Energy, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of IGT KSA Service Operations based in Dammam.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the service operations for our Industrial Gas Turbines (IGT) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This includes ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing equipment availability, and minimizing operational costs.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in service operations management, preferably within the energy or related industries. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being an asset. Proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
