Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with AOV's marketing objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Launch, optimize, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
• Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Arabic.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail industry.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Photography and short-form video content creation experience.
• Understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
