Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Emergency Medicine Registrar to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will possess a valid SCFHS Classification & Registration as an Emergency Medicine Registrar, ensuring compliance with national healthcare standards and readiness to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive emergency medical services, including initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization of patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries. Ensure timely and efficient management of cases in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless coordination of care. Actively participate in clinical decision-making, case discussions, and interdisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner to support billing, audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Emergency Preparedness: Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans, including disaster preparedness and mass casualty incident management. Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medicine to enhance clinical practice.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning through participation in training programs, workshops, and professional conferences. Pursue opportunities for specialization or advanced certifications to further enhance your expertise in emergency medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A valid SCFHS Classification & Registration as an Emergency Medicine Registrar. Applicants without this certification will not be considered for the position.
• Proven experience in emergency medicine, with a strong foundation in acute care management, trauma resuscitation, and critical patient stabilization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and collaborate with diverse healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to ethical standards in medical practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical information systems to streamline workflow and enhance patient care.
