Currently, we are collaborating with a prominent regional leader in the heavy machinery industry to streamline their reconciliation and routing systems. As a Junior React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing intuitive interfaces that empower operations teams to access accurate, real-time data and resolve critical backlogs.

The core challenge in most business processes lies in the middle—where information often becomes fragmented or lost. For our industrial client, critical data frequently stalls in email chains or becomes inconsistent across financial systems. Your mission is to develop clean, functional frontend views that eliminate these manual inefficiencies. This is a fully remote position where you will directly contribute to the tools used daily by client operators. Your work will not involve abstract prototypes; instead, you will build practical solutions that assist a finance clerk in locating a missing routing rule or enable a logistics manager to trace the source of truth for an order. The emphasis is on clarity, reliability, and reducing cognitive load for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Component Development: Design, develop, and maintain reusable React components tailored for internal dashboards, ensuring consistency and scalability across the application.
• API Integration: Connect frontend views to internal APIs to guarantee real-time data accuracy and seamless synchronization between systems.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Diagnose UI issues by analyzing technical logs to identify discrepancies in data representation and resolve front-end bugs promptly.
• UI/UX Refinement: Enhance CSS and layout structures to improve the readability and navigability of complex financial tables, making data interpretation effortless for users.
• Testing and Validation: Evaluate new features against common operator workflows to ensure frictionless data entry and seamless integration with existing processes.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for every component developed, enabling the client team to manage and extend the system independently in the future.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in modern web development. The ideal candidate will possess:
