Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC Engineer) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a NOC Engineer, your core responsibilities will encompass a wide range of operational and technical duties, including:

• Incident Coordination and Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for incident management, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of network and system issues while maintaining service quality and SLA compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment during incident response and resolution efforts.
• Monitoring and Escalation Management: Proactively monitor critical incidents, assess their impact, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams or third-party vendors as required, ensuring swift resolution.
• Process Adherence: Maintain rigorous documentation and tracking of incident progress, root causes, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and compliance with established ITIL practices.
• Collaborative Troubleshooting: Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting activities across technical teams, including network, server, and application support, to expedite issue resolution and minimize downtime.
• Service Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for enhancement, ensuring optimal network reliability and availability.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in System Administration, Network Operations, or a similar NOC environment, with a proven track record in incident management and resolution.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network monitoring tools, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
