Key Responsibilities

• Client Reception and Engagement: Warmly welcome visitors and members, ensuring a positive first impression by providing a friendly and professional greeting. Direct clients to their desired locations within the facility with efficiency and courtesy.
• Information Dissemination: Offer accurate and helpful information about our EMS fitness services, membership options, and facility amenities. Address client inquiries with clarity and professionalism to enhance their overall experience.
• Telephone Management: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, routing them to the appropriate departments or addressing simple inquiries directly. Maintain a courteous and efficient communication style to ensure client satisfaction.
• Complaint Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. Strive to resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team member to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of pre-booked appointments, ensuring no overlaps and maintaining an organized booking system to optimize client flow and satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues clients may encounter related to our services or facilities. Provide solutions that align with company policies and enhance the client experience.
• Facility Guidance: Assist clients by providing guidance on facility navigation, equipment usage, and product selections. Offer recommendations to enhance their fitness journey and ensure they feel supported.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by interacting professionally with colleagues and clients. Foster a culture of teamwork and mutual respect within the organization.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles, with a preference for candidates with a background in fitness, hospitality, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional, and confident demeanor.
• The ability to handle member inquiries, registrations, and basic sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
