We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team at BRDigitech WLL, based in Dammam. The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion through innovative strategies and effective leadership.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to the CEO and board of directors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue growth, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tech industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA being highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
