Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The Senior MEP Project Manager will play a central role in driving project success through meticulous planning, execution, and oversight. Your core duties will include:

• Project Leadership and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that define scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Team Management and Coordination: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and ensuring peak performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless communication, alignment of project objectives, and compliance with specifications and codes.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee rigorous quality control processes, including inspections, audits, and testing, to verify that MEP systems meet design standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures, track financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to minimize deviations and safeguard profitability while delivering exceptional value.
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and strategic solutions to prevent delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
• Schedule Optimization: Manage project timelines, monitor progress against key milestones, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and ensure timely project completion.
• Communication and Reporting: Facilitate transparent and effective communication among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Change Management: Efficiently manage changes to project scope, specifications, or requirements, assessing their impacts and negotiating adjustments with clients and stakeholders to maintain project integrity.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all project activities, including reports, drawings, specifications, and correspondence, to ensure accountability, compliance, and seamless project handover.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Leadership: Champion HSE initiatives, actively participate in safety awareness programs, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in strict adherence to company policies and International Management System (IMS) standards.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust background in MEP project management, supported by a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 18 years of progressive experience in MEP engineering and project management, including 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• 10+ years of experience working in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a deep understanding of local regulations, construction practices, and market dynamics.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, complemented by a Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification.
