Your Role as a Project Engineer

• Support the project management team in comprehensive order management services, including quoting, processing, and fulfillment.
• Ensure timely order release while adhering to established standards and policies.
• Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to support order entry, dispatch, and payment processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to order management activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

• Proven experience in order management or customer service roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
