Your Role:

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for assigned territories, market segments, and accounts.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities across transient, leisure, corporate, entertainment, and group segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, preferred agencies, corporate travel buyers, and high-value clientele.
• Represent Movenpick Al Khobar at international events, conduct sales calls, and secure new business.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team revenue goals by collaborating with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate account plans, activity reports, and pipelines in Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth client bookings and group requirements.
• Support commercial initiatives and foster strong relationships with Accor Global Sales Offices.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3-5 years of hotel or resort sales experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role within Al Khobar/ Dammam market.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong network within luxury travel trade, leisure agencies, GCC corporate market, or international source markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in hotel systems including Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, Lanyon / Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English and Arabic required.
