About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment between teams, clients, and senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while ensuring adherence to company methodologies and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior management, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving any escalations or conflicts that may arise.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance, conducting thorough reviews and audits as necessary.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including KPIs, milestones, and financial metrics, to stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize project delivery methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in the IT, software development, or technology services sector, with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions to overcome challenges.
