Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Admin Lead to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all facets of contract administration, lead a team of contract professionals, and ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, supervise, and mentor the contract administration team, providing guidance on industry best practices and fostering professional growth to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation: Develop and implement robust contract management policies, procedures, and standardized templates to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
- Contract Review and Approval: Thoroughly review, analyze, and approve contracts to guarantee legal compliance, mitigate risks, and align with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of vendor, supplier, and client agreements to maximize value and minimize exposure.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, easy accessibility, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and evaluate potential risks within contracts, recommending strategic mitigation measures to safeguard organizational interests and ensure business continuity.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless alignment and fulfillment of contract requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track contract performance and compliance, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and financial obligations to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive contract administration experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Expertise: Proven track record in contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance, with a deep understanding of contract law and risk management principles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
