Key Responsibilities

• Culinary Instruction: Lead hands-on cooking classes, workshops, and private events, demonstrating professional techniques and best practices in food preparation, presentation, and safety.
• Curriculum Development: Design and refine lesson plans tailored to diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners, ensuring each session is informative, interactive, and aligned with industry standards.
• Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with participants, addressing inquiries, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and creativity.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation, adhering to Cozymeal’s brand reputation and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education and Experience: A degree or certification in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a teaching or mentoring capacity.
• Teaching Ability: Proven experience in instructing or coaching, with a natural aptitude for breaking down complex techniques into accessible, engaging lessons for diverse audiences.
• Culinary Expertise: Mastery of various cuisines, cooking methods, and kitchen management, demonstrated through a strong portfolio or professional references.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with participants, provide constructive feedback, and inspire confidence in their culinary journey.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to accommodate different learning styles, schedules, and event formats, whether in-person or virtual.
• Certifications: Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
