Parsons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Site Support Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for leading the technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's site infrastructure.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical support team.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team and end-users.
• Develop and implement processes to improve site infrastructure and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with them for site maintenance and upgrades.
• Prepare and present reports on site performance and support team metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of site infrastructure. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with certifications in relevant technologies.
