They will be responsible for leading and managing site planning and design projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project delivery meets our clients' expectations and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing site planning and design strategies.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and landscape architects.
• Preparing and presenting reports, drawings, and other project deliverables.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in site planning and design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
