Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the Development Financial Analysis function. This pivotal role is based in Riyadh and will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy and performance of Qiddiya’s ambitious development projects. The Senior Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial analysis frameworks to support Qiddiya’s long-term development goals. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making across all phases of project execution.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the preparation, monitoring, and optimization of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Ensure financial models accurately reflect project timelines, costs, and revenue projections to maintain fiscal discipline and accountability.
• Investment Analysis & Valuation: Conduct comprehensive financial evaluations of potential investments, joint ventures, and development opportunities. Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to assess feasibility, risk, and return on investment (ROI) to support capital allocation decisions.
• Performance Reporting & KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health, project progress, and operational efficiency. Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, legal, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration of financial considerations into all development initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on financial implications of strategic decisions.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and corporate governance policies. Implement robust internal controls and audit processes to mitigate financial risks and maintain transparency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of financial analysts and specialists. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth to enhance team capabilities and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity. Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial software is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in driving financial discipline and accountability within a dynamic environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
