Parsons, a leading global infrastructure firm, seeks a dynamic and experienced Structure Lead Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage structural engineering aspects of diverse, large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Develop and implement structural engineering designs and specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and calculations.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in structural analysis software and fluency in English are essential. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are also required.
