The Executive Financial Analysis and Support Unit Supervisor is a strategic role responsible for leading financial analysis activities, providing insightful financial insights, and supporting executive decision-making. This role is instrumental in enhancing financial performance, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement within the Financial Analysis and Executive Support Unit.

• Financial Analysis: Lead the preparation of financial analysis, forecasts, and business performance reports. Analyze financial statements, operational performance, and key financial indicators. Evaluate financial risks and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Executive Financial Support: Provide financial recommendations and decision-support analysis to executive management. Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and management reports. Support executive committees with financial insights for strategic initiatives.
• Budgeting & Planning: Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Monitor departmental budgets and ensure compliance with financial plans. Support long-term financial planning and resource allocation initiatives.
• Performance Management: Develop and monitor financial KPIs across business units. Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance. Support business units in achieving financial targets.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations. Support internal and external audit activities. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor Financial Analysts within the unit. Coordinate with Finance, Strategy, Investment, Procurement, and other business functions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual executive financial reports. Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Candidates should possess 6-9 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Financial Planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or FMVA are highly preferred. Experience within government, semi-government, investment, or large corporate organizations is preferred.
