Brand Officer

The Brand Officer plays a pivotal role in aligning Takamol’s brands and branding initiatives with the organization’s overarching vision, mission, and strategy. This role is instrumental in coordinating marketing efforts to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.

• Support the alignment of brands with Takamol’s vision, mission, and strategy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for assigned brands to maintain consistent positioning and messaging.
• Analyze brand initiatives to understand target audience needs and market requirements, with a focus on the Saudi market.
• Ensure adherence to approved brand guidelines and best practices in branding materials.
• Research and evaluate external marketing partners, such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and production companies.
• Support the supervision of brand content development and proper use of brand assets.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and consumer data, providing branding recommendations as needed.
• Assist in preparing branding presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Brand Supervisor or the Director of Brand Management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2-4 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing trends and audience behavior within the Saudi market.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market insights and performance data.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external marketing partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas that support brand growth and positioning.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and standards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
