The Patient Care Coordinator is a pivotal role in our home health care services, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient coordination with various departments. This position is responsible for processing services, communicating with patients, and gathering data for patient registration and admission.

• Provide superior quality medical treatment, compassion, and understanding to every patient.
• Accurately and timely register home health care patient information in English and Arabic in our HIS system.
• Verify patient identity and manage patient files, medical records, and invoices.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in our HIS system.
• Handle pre-approvals and cash deposits for elective procedures.
• Collect and submit cash to the general cashier daily.
• Collaborate with claims/billing departments to streamline administrative processes.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and provide non-medical instructions as needed.
• Handle telephone enquiries and maintain patient information confidentiality.
• Enhance patient experience through excellent customer care and respect.
• Provide administrative support to the home health care department, staff, and patients.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding patient services issues and concerns.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for quick and easy access to documents.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations, demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Comply with home health care dress code and perform other applicable tasks as assigned.
