Key Responsibilities

As a Spa Receptionist, your daily duties will encompass a range of critical tasks designed to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Engagement: Greet guests and visitors with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor, setting the tone for their entire experience.
• Appointment Management: Oversee spa bookings, appointment schedules, and guest records with precision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
• Inquiry Handling: Address telephone and email inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and availability, providing timely and informative responses.
