Role Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Treasury Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our cash management and banking operations across our Central region locations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of financial and operational tasks designed to maintain the integrity of our financial records and support the seamless functioning of our outpatient care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Reconciliation: Perform daily cash reconciliation and point-of-sale (POS) reconciliation for each reception to ensure accuracy and accountability in financial transactions.
• Cash Deposits: Facilitate the daily deposit of cash collections to the bank, adhering to established financial policies and procedures.
• Banking Records: Maintain meticulous books of accounts and records related to all banking transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Cash Position Management: Establish and monitor the daily cash position for each till location to optimize liquidity and financial planning.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to cash management and banking-related financial policies and regulations, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
• POS Device Tracking: Oversee the management and tracking of all POS devices to prevent discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency.
• End-of-Day Reporting: Review all end-of-day (EOD) closed accounts on a daily basis to identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
• POS Reporting: Prepare comprehensive POS reports to provide insights into sales performance and financial trends across our Central region locations.

Scope of the Role

This position is integral to the cashiering and banking operations, covering the receipt and processing of cash across all My Clinic locations within the Central region. Your role will directly contribute to the financial stability and operational excellence of our organization, ensuring that our patients and healthcare providers experience a seamless and reliable financial environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Qualifications: Registration with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) is required, with ongoing progress toward obtaining a relevant accounting qualification.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools, with the ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.
