We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development and project management.

The role involves leading and managing complex civil engineering projects, from conceptual design to final delivery. This includes overseeing site investigations, preparing feasibility studies, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion
• Oversee site investigations and prepare feasibility studies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex civil engineering projects
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
