Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations in the Dammam region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals with a minimum of five years of relevant managerial experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of performance across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the designated area.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct regular evaluations of operational and financial metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement, reporting findings to senior leadership.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to drive business development and retention.
• Budget Management: Oversee financial planning, budget allocation, and cost-control measures to optimize resource utilization and maximize ROI.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies, to mitigate risks and uphold corporate governance standards.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in a managerial role within the relevant industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational success through strategic decision-making.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and financial reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-specific software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dammam market, cultural dynamics, and business landscape.
