Construction Manager

We seek an experienced and results-driven professional to lead and control site construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of road and bridge construction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Implement safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional experience in roads and highways construction projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and site management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
