Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to enhance project flexibility, collaboration, and delivery efficiency, fostering iterative progress and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and resolution of any conflicts or dependencies.
• Resource Management: Allocate and optimize project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to maximize productivity and minimize risks while maintaining project integrity.
• Risk and Scope Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while rigorously managing scope changes to prevent scope creep and ensure deliverables meet predefined criteria.
• Budget and Timeline Adherence: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing accurate progress reports and corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to technical standards, industry best practices, and organizational policies, facilitating smooth transitions to operations and support teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects in diverse environments.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be considered advantageous.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to excellence in project management practices.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), and IT infrastructure principles.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus toward project goals.
• Location: Candidates must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
