Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound

As a Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing clinical application training plans for our ultrasound products in your designated region.
• Timely addressing and resolving customers' clinical challenges to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Gathering and summarizing customer feedback, along with exceptional clinical images and cases, to support sales and new product development.
• Assisting in establishing and maintaining regional expert resources, and supporting customers in conducting clinical research.
• Overseeing the establishment and upkeep of reference hospitals in your region, and hosting their visits.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales targets and business growth through pre-sales and after-sales product demonstrations, as well as supporting promotional events and exhibitions.
• Performing other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist, or 3+ years as an application specialist in a specific modality, with familiarity with MR products, technology, and operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong teamwork abilities, adaptability to frequent travel, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience with other manufacturers (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) is a plus.

• Understanding of the imaging industry's development history and cutting-edge technology.
• Basic knowledge of clinical medicine, clinical imaging diagnostics, and imaging principles.
• Familiarity with image-related post-processing software.
• Customer relationship management skills.
