About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR & Compliance Coordinator to join our partner organization based in Saudi Arabia. This fully remote position is designed for an experienced HR professional who is committed to fostering robust people processes and upholding stringent compliance standards. As a key member of our team, you will oversee comprehensive HR operations while ensuring that all workforce practices align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Your role will encompass recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and compliance management within a mission-driven environment. By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to the development of efficient systems that enhance employee satisfaction and service delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and employment documentation to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Onboarding & Training: Facilitate the onboarding of new employees by coordinating all required documentation, training sessions, and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including certifications, background checks, insurance documentation, and workforce-related obligations to mitigate risks and ensure organizational adherence.
  • Record Keeping & Audits: Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance, training, and employee records to ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews. Conduct internal audits to identify process improvements and maintain compliance standards.
  • Training & Development: Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs, including eLearning modules and professional development initiatives, to enhance workforce capabilities and ensure continuous learning.
  • Workforce Scheduling: Oversee workforce scheduling processes, including roster updates, shift changes, leave coverage, and operational coordination to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives through regular check-ins, feedback collection, recognition programs, and effective team communication to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Policy & Compliance Support: Assist with the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and compliance documentation in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with external training providers and internal teams to support professional development pathways and build workforce capability.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, compliance, workforce coordination, or a related field, preferably within the disability services, community services, or healthcare sector.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and relevant Australian workplace regulations.
  • Process Management: Proven experience in managing onboarding processes, training coordination, employee documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Award Familiarity: Knowledge of workforce awards and employment standards, including the SCHADS Award, is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct internal audits, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-focused and collaborative approach to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HR systems, compliance platforms, and digital tools to streamline workforce processes and enhance operational efficiency.
