Role Overview

As the Digital Solutions Manager, you will spearhead the digital transformation agenda for major infrastructure and social development programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that digital solutions are not only innovative but also aligned with operational goals and national priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, delivery managers, and technology stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions that enhance program planning, execution, and optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive the adoption of digital technologies across infrastructure and social development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Vision 2030 priorities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver technology solutions that meet project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Digital Strategy Development: Define and implement a robust digital strategy that integrates technology with business processes, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Vendor and Solution Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing performance optimization to meet evolving program needs.
• Process Optimization: Leverage data analytics, automation, and digital tools to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation programs in complex organizational environments.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital platforms, tools, and solutions within the built environment, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong capability in building, integrating, automating, and enhancing digital solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and national transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) or digital delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform Services, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with .NET, JavaScript, or Python for developing custom solutions and integrations.
• Expertise in REST APIs, system integrations, and ETL processes for data transformation and management.
• Familiarity with project delivery frameworks and experience engaging executive leadership, program or project teams, external vendors, and client-side infrastructure stakeholders.
