B2B Platform & Data Lead - RBU

About the Role

As a key member of our team, the B2B Platform & Data Lead will bridge the gap between procurement operations, digital enablement, and data management, ensuring that our systems and reporting capabilities are optimized for consistent performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing the digital procurement ecosystem that facilitates seamless supplier engagement, catalogue readiness, and comprehensive reporting visibility. Your contributions will be instrumental in aligning procurement operations with data integrity, platform adoption, and cross-functional collaboration, driving efficiency and informed business decisions. Specific responsibilities include:

• Platform & Supplier Readiness: Coordinate and oversee B2B platform readiness initiatives, ensuring suppliers are fully enabled and catalogues are optimized for procurement activities.
• System Configuration & Governance: Support the setup, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP Ariba or equivalent procurement platforms, including supplier onboarding and catalogue data governance to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Data & Reporting Development: Design and develop procurement dashboards, data models, KPI reports, and savings reports to provide actionable insights and track performance against strategic objectives.
• Data Capture & Governance: Define and implement data capture requirements for Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) suppliers, including call-offs, pricing, catalogue details, and category-specific reporting to ensure data completeness and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with procurement, IT, finance, and external suppliers to drive digital workflow adoption, improve system utilization, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain high standards of data quality, master data integrity, and reporting consistency to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Professional Background: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in procurement systems, ERP platforms, data analytics, catalogue management, or procurement reporting.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with SAP Ariba or an equivalent procurement platform, ERP procurement modules, Power BI, Excel, or similar analytical tools.
• Educational Foundation: A bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or comparable capital project environments, with a deep understanding of procurement governance and commercial discipline.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders across procurement, IT, finance, and supplier networks, with a track record of implementing procurement governance, catalogue data governance, and master data controls.
• Reporting & Analytics: Strong expertise in KPI reporting standards and savings reporting practices, ensuring transparency and accountability in procurement outcomes.
