Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing. Reporting directly to the production team, you will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections and tests in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the established QC inspection and test plan to verify product compliance with specifications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed quality inspection reports, ensuring accurate and timely feedback to the production department to facilitate swift corrective actions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operational integrity of testing equipment, tools, and measuring instruments, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning optimally to deliver precise results.
• Housekeeping and Safety: Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to promote a secure workplace for all team members.
• Collaboration and Support: Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify deviations from quality standards. Document findings and escalate defects or issues to senior QC personnel for resolution.
• Process Adherence: Follow instructions from immediate supervisors to perform related tasks, ensuring alignment with company policies and quality objectives.
• Training and Development: Participate in foundational training programs focused on quality control techniques, manufacturing processes, and safety protocols to enhance your professional competencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
