• Maintain meticulous documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, progress reports, and communication logs, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support financial oversight by tracking project budgets, resource utilization, and cost variances, escalating concerns as needed.
• Identify and document potential risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate challenges.
• Facilitate project close-out activities, capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Business Development Support:
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client submissions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and market demands.
• Gather and translate client needs into structured project scopes and implementation plans, fostering clear communication between stakeholders.
• Actively participate in client meetings, documenting action items, follow-ups, and requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain and update opportunity tracking tools, contributing to pipeline management and sales strategy.
• Coordinate internally to develop project estimates, timelines, and resource plans, supporting the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and commercial documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling case studies, project references, and marketing materials that highlight our expertise and drive future business opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication, professionalism, and timely follow-ups.
