As our Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the organization's legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs. This role requires a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, with the ability to identify areas of risk and opportunity.

• Manage legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs of the organization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Identify areas of risk and opportunity and implement changes
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
• Provide legal advice and support to the organization
• Collaborate with departments to align legal matters with business goals
• Manage crisis management and business continuity planning activities
• Undertake legal and governance responsibilities in relation to the Board and its committees

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 7+ years of experience in legal and regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage complex legal and regulatory matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Essential: Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
• Desired: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
