As a Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service at every touchpoint. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of critical functions designed to support our team’s success and elevate the guest experience:

• Sales Operations Excellence: Provide meticulous administrative support, including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and comprehensive recordkeeping to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Documentation and Reporting Mastery: Assist in preparing and managing essential sales documentation, such as contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and detailed booking and loyalty reports to drive informed decision-making.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts, building and nurturing a robust pipeline of qualified leads to fuel business growth.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to uncover new opportunities, conduct insightful discovery calls, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Special Projects and Event Support: Contribute to high-impact departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in industry meetings and conferences to enhance brand visibility and drive strategic outcomes.
