Regional Access & Launch Manager

The Regional Access & Launch Manager serves as the critical commercial and scientific link between our biotech partners and the intricate, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments across the region. This role demands a versatile professional who can simultaneously drive market access strategies, lead product launches, engage payers and regulators, and support business development through due diligence on new assets and partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing tailored market access strategies for rare disease and ATMP portfolios across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and broader GCC markets.
• Leading payer engagement with key bodies and building health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) arguments to support reimbursement decisions.
• Navigating unique access landscapes for high-cost therapies and driving commercial performance through forecasting and key account engagement.
• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritising new asset and partnership opportunities within the rare disease and ATMP space for the MENA region.
• Supporting regulatory submission strategies and overseeing patient support programme design and supply chain considerations.

Candidates should possess:

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience, with a strong grounding in market access and commercial/launch management.
• Demonstrated experience in rare disease and/or ATMP/CGT commercialisation.
• Strong independent judgement, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a varied role.
